Black Hills Road Trip of Hope is partnering with the Rapid City Rush to raise money to support local breast cancer warriors. Join us for the Chuck A Puck fundraiser and other fun ways to support our local warriors in their fight!

It’s almost time for our 2nd Winter Festival! Mark your calendar for December 2nd - from 3PM-7PM with Mr & Mrs. Claus arriving at 4PM!!

This year’s theme is winter wonderland with a side of Whoville. Come stroll through the light displays and sip some warm cider. Admission is $5 with the portion of the proceeds to benefit or two cans of food. Proceeds to benefit Black Hills Road Trip of Hope.

We will have a huge selection of our custom-made gifts for your favorite holiday host and an amazing selection of fresh cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, and brand new selection of ornaments and table top decorations. Aspen Ridge will be your one stop shop for all holiday décor including professional grade lights.

Mr. & Mrs. Claus will be stopping by again to take photos at 4PM in our classic camp tent next to a toasty fire. Right outside you can make some special Reindeer feed to take home and put out for Santa’s visit to your home on Christmas eve.

Create your own unique ornament in Santa’s Workshop! Wood discs with paint, modpodge, and beautiful ribbon will be available to make the perfect ornament that will last for years.

The Hot Cocoa and Warm Apple Cider Bar will be set up in our outside kitchen to provide some warm beverages you can enjoy while you stroll through the lights. A portion of the proceeds collected at this donation bar will go towards Black Hills Road Trip of Hope. They will also have additional baked goods for sale.

Come take photos in Whoville! Our summer event area will be transformed into Whoville with a large decorated tree and charming displays. You will not want to miss this!

There will be a plethora of amazing areas to take your family photos and lots of Santa’s elves on hand to take them for you. Don’t miss out on this magical night!

Join us at Miner Brewing Company for Beer and Bingo! Come early and get your seat and a brew. Come hungry, as well. They kitchen is open until 7:00pm. Freewill donations will be collected, and we will have a 50/50 raffle to benefit BHRTOH. Bring your friends and family—we hope to see you there!

Volunteers from Black Hills Road Trip of Hope will attend the Holiday Vendor Holiday & Craft Fair at West Middle School. You can stop by our booth and learn more about our organization as you shop for the holidays!

Vendors include several crafters from handmade/hand sewn items, barnwood items, candles and treats as well as Mary Kay, Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Color Street, Scentsy, Watkins, Wreaths, Jewelry, Norwex, Thirty-One, Youna Livina & many more!

Join Black Hills Road Trip of Hope as we ride the Murder Mystery 1880 train! The Seraphim Theater will perform “Next Stop... MURDER!” while you enjoy 4 wine/hors d'oeuvres pairings. Come early for a glass of wine, visit the vendor booths, and learn more about our locally run nonprofit organization. Help us raise funds for our local Breast Cancer Warriors going through their personal Road Trip and have fun while doing it!

American Legion Riders invite you to PINKTOBERFEST. They will have games, fun, food, and a silent auction, and are raising money to support Black Hills Road Trip of Hope.
